Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. "Old Faithful" is a cone geyser located in Yellowstone National Park. It is the most well known and visited of the geothermal features. It's eruptions are very predictable, occuring every 44 to 125 minutes. If you catch the sun right, a rainbow can seen in the mist as in this photo.
